Former Principal’s Vision
Education with wisdom, discipline and the fear of God.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” — Proverbs 9:10
Education, to me, has always been more than reading books, passing examinations, or gaining knowledge. True education begins when a child learns wisdom, discipline, humility, compassion, and the fear of God.
Emmanuel Mission School was built with a prayerful vision: to educate children, guide them in truth, and serve families with love, especially those who are poor, needy, and deserving of support. I have always believed that every child is precious in the sight of God, and every child deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, and live with dignity.
The Bible says, “Train up a child in the way he should go.” — Proverbs 22:6. This has been one of the guiding thoughts behind our school. A child must not only be taught subjects, but also guided in the right path. Education must shape the mind, strengthen the heart, and build character.
Our duty as educators is not only to teach, but to serve. The words of our Lord Jesus Christ remind us, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40. Therefore, service to children, service to the poor, and service to society is also service to God.
I have always wished that this school would be a place where children feel safe, loved, corrected, encouraged, and inspired. Discipline must be given with love. Knowledge must be given with patience. Correction must be given with wisdom. And every effort must be made to bring light into the life of a child.
Jesus said, “Let your light shine before others.” — Matthew 5:16. My prayer is that every student of Emmanuel Mission School becomes a light in their family, in society, and in the world. May they grow not only in intelligence, but also in kindness, honesty, responsibility, and faith.
This institution must always stand for Godly wisdom, quality education, moral values, and service to the poor. If even one child’s life is changed through this school, then the purpose of this mission is fulfilled.
May God bless every student, parent, teacher, and well-wisher connected with Emmanuel Mission School. May this school continue to serve with faith, humility, and love.
